Milreda is a Swedish mileage log for iPhone. Trips are recorded automatically during your working hours – or manually whenever you like – and you easily separate business from private. Review the details and create an Excel report for mileage reimbursement. The log is stored locally on the phone; no account, no server of ours.

Frequently asked questions
Trips are not recorded automatically.
Check that location access is set to Always and that Precise Location is on under Settings → Privacy → Location Services → Milreda. Also check that the work schedule in the app covers the time you drive. Low Power Mode and some battery settings can delay recording.
How do I start a trip manually?
Tap Start trip in the app, from the widget, or say "Start a trip with Milreda" to Siri. End it with "End the trip with Milreda". In the car you can use CarPlay.
How do I separate business and private?
When a trip ends you are asked business trip, private trip or classify later. Trips waiting for classification are shown in Review.
How do I create the Excel report?
Review the trips for the period, mark them as done and choose Export. The file is created on the phone and you choose where to share it. Check the report before using it.
I'm switching phones – does the log come along?
The log is included in the iPhone's regular backup. Full restore after a phone switch has not yet been verified during the beta, so keep your regular records during the test period.
How do I delete data?
Individual trips, vehicles and places are deleted in the app. Deleting the app removes the whole log from the phone.
Beta testing
Milreda is currently tested in a closed group via TestFlight. Please send feedback through TestFlight with build number, iPhone model, iOS version and steps to reproduce the problem. Avoid sharing private trips or addresses – screenshots of the interface are usually enough.
